Reporting Problems
If you encounter a problem with any of the computing resources in the
research lab, please send e-mail to the lab manager, Paul Stauffer, and his
assistant(s) at <rl-admins@cs.bu.edu>.
In the event of an emergency, please prefix the subject of your message with
the text "urgent:".
